Meet Carlie
Based in New Jersey, Carlie is a dedicated freelance photographer specializing in portraiture, event coverage, and equine photography. In addition to her equestrian work, she offers lifestyle and family photography, creating timeless images that celebrate life's most personal milestones. Her work is grounded in a deep appreciation for authentic connection, with a focus on capturing meaningful moments that reflect the unique relationships between her subjects.
She is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she received a BFA in Photography. Following graduation, Carlie began her professional career with Breyer Model Horses, where she worked as a photographer for major events including BreyerFest and Pony Up. This experience helped refine her technical skill and cement her passion for equestrian photography.
Today, Carlie is a trusted event photographer at horse shows, hunter paces, cross-country trials, endurance races, and more. From large-scale events to intimate portrait sessions, Carlie approaches every assignment with professionalism, creative intuition, and a skillful artistic eye. Her work is driven by a desire to preserve the genuine connections between her subjects, delivering heartfelt images that clients can treasure for years to come.
